At Olivedale Family Chiropractic, we do Injury On Duty/COID claims if any of your employees obtain a musculoskeletal injury during their official work hours on your premises. This means there is no cost to the employer or employee as we claim directly from the Compensation Fund.

Chiropractors are considered first-line practitioners for Injury On Duty/COID claims (ie. you do not need to be referred by another practitioner). This allows the injured party to come directly to the chiropractor for an initial assessment and for the chiropractor to recommend a treatment protocol or plan going forward.

Your employee will need to bring the following with them to the initial consultation:

• First report of accident by employer
• Copy of the patients ID
